Return policy
Cancellations before the start of the campus:
30 days or more until the start of the campus: 60% of the amount paid will be refunded, provided that the participant has made the full payment.
Less than 30 days before the start of the campus: There will be no refund, except in cases of serious illness or injury, which must be certified by a valid medical certificate.
Cancellations once the campus has started:
For serious illness or injury with medical justification
You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the unused days. €40 per unused day for participants in the residential program. €20 per unused day for participants in the day program.
Por causas médicas no comunicadas previamente
En caso de abandono del campus debido a causas médicas, físicas o psicológicas, que no hayan sido comunicadas antes del inicio del campus, no habrá derecho a devolución.
Por motivos no justificados
Si el participante abandona el campus sin una justificación médica válida, no se realizará ningún reembolso.
Por incumplimiento de normas
Si el participante es expulsado del campus por incumplir las normas establecidas, no tendrá derecho a devolución alguna.
Condiciones generales
Es obligatorio presentar documentación médica válida para casos de enfermedad o lesión, tanto previa como durante el campus, para acceder a los reembolsos estipulados.
La falta de comunicación de cualquier situación médica antes del inicio del campus exime a la organización de cualquier reembolso.
Esta política busca garantizar un trato justo y transparente, respetando los compromisos de los participantes y la organización.
