PFC FOOTBALL PRE-SEASON

AVAILABLE: 1 MONTH, 3 MONTHS, AND FACILITIES

It is a program focused to prepare and make a point to our athlete at specific times during the season, adapted to the needs of each one. Different options as we adapt to your specific needs according to the goals:

  • Preparation for the start of the Pre - seasons of football teams.
  • Recovery and/or rehabilitation of the athlete after a period of injury or illness.
  • Preparation and fitness for a particular event to the athlete as it can be to go to try-outs or university to compete.
  • Workouts for a specified period of high-performance or to work on specific concepts individually or in small groups.

Ideal for athletes who want to reach their maximum potential on certain dates in particular for your requirements and competitions, or for those who wish to improve or correct a/s deficiency/s or defect/s and work individually or with small groups with them for their improvement.

PFC SOCCER ACADEMY SEMESTER

6 MONTHS

Unique experience in which are combined the training of high-performance sports with a language course (Spanish). The goal of the program is none other than the athlete fits both the football to the Spanish culture, and so to be able to find a team that suits your level and your needs.

  • Program ideal for players who want to develop professionally and prepare to play in a professional team, and acquire and begin to put into practice the knowledge technical - tactical learned.

PFC SOCCER ACADEMY FULL SEASON

ACADEMIC PROGRAM AND A COMPLETE SPORTS 10 MONTHS

Program of 10 months, from September to June. During this period compaginamos the training of high-performance and sports competitions with the academic training of our athletes with programs adapted to the needs of each player.

  • Professional training and high-performance with professionals of the highest level (UEFA PRO), with experience in professional clubs.
  • Individualized work-level conditional athlete (physical training, Nutrition and sports psychology).
  • Total preparation of the athlete, life as it would be a season of completed training of a professional player.
